Betsy Cohen is a seasoned non-profit executive and strategic fundraiser, with over a decade of experience advocating for NYC nonprofits.
As the Executive Director of Youth Communication, she transformed the founder-led, youth media organization into a trusted education services provider.
She brings the kind of expertise one can only get from being on-the-ground and leading a small non-profit organization. As a leader, she has worn every hat through rapidly changing circumstances, and is poised to help others do the same.
She was named NYC Nonprofit 40 Under 40 by City and State Magazine in 2022. She is an alumna of Harvard University and Emory University, and completed professional training Harvard Business School and Princeton University.
She lives in the Hudson Valley, NY with her husband and dog.
